Animal Emergency & Medical Center/ Long Beach Animal Emergency in the south bay is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Veterinary technician (RVT required) to join our well-established, AAHA-accredited, 7-doctor practice in Torrance, California and our 3-doctor practice in Long Beach. JOB OVERVIEW:

The RVT --is working under the supervision of the Technical Supervisor, Hospital Manager, and Doctor Staff--is responsible for the care and treatment of unstable and or critically ill patients; triage emergency patients; monitoring hospitalized patients; performing patient laboratory tests, treatments and nursing care; admitting and discharging patients; client communication and education; and answering technician calls. Shifts will entail working graveyard shifts at our main hospital.

Must be a RVT/CVT/ or LVT

Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
