VCA Dunmore Animal Hospital is in search of a licensed or highly experienced Veterinary Technician to join our leadership team as Technician Supervisor.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience, including past experience in a supervisory role. Strong technical and interpersonal skills are required and one must be dedicated to maintaining the positive work environment that is fostered here.
This position is a working supervisory position which is responsible for the leadership and the supervision of the entire Veterinary Technician and Kennel Assistant staff. Duties will include, but are not limited to: patient and client care; scheduling, implementing department policies and procedures; accurately handling and recording controlled drugs; staffing and team meetings; participating in continuing education opportunities; record keeping; marketing; and facility maintenance.
