Internet Explorer 8 or 9
If you are having trouble connecting to the secure portions of the site (My Ads, Place an Ad, Create Resume), you may need to enable the newer security standards in Internet Explorer 8 and 9. To do so, go to Tools: Internet Options, then select the Advanced tab. Scroll down to the Security options and check the boxes next to:
Use TLS 1.1
and
Use TLS 1.2
Then click Apply
