Official Rules

Contests on WhereTechsConnect.com are subject to all federal, state and local laws and are void where prohibited.

Eligibility: No purchase is necessary to enter. All contests are open to legal residents of the United States age 18 and older.

Contest period: Varies with each contest. Check current contest rules for deadlines.

How to enter: Visit WhereTechsConnect.com to submit entries on-line. Participants must have a valid email address so we can contact winners. WhereTechsConnect.com is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries. We also are not responsible for failures related to computers, phone lines, electronic equipment, software or program malfunctions or any other errors associated with transmission of the entry.

Disqualification: Participants will be disqualified if they submit an entry using profane or lewd language or a photo that is unacceptable. WhereTechsConnect.com reserves the right to verify eligibility. If we suspect or find actual evidence of contest tampering and/or violation of the rules, we reserve the right to disqualify an entrant or cancel the contest.

Eligible entries: Participants may not infringe on any copyright or any rights of third parties.

Prize: The cash award for each contest is subject to change.

Winner selection: Contest winners are chosen by vote. Participants can vote more than once, but NOT for the same entry. The entry with the most votes wins. If there's a tie, the winner will be chosen in a random drawing. The winner will be notified via email and has five days to claim his or her prize. If unclaimed, WhereTechsConnect.com will award the prize to the second place entry.

Odds of winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Miscellaneous: By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decision of the voters. Participants also agree to release WhereTechsConnect.com and their respective employees and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in the contests.

All participants, including the winners, consent to the use of his or her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
